Dandy is seeking a Sales Team Lead in Spain (Barcelona) to hire, manage, and scale our BDR team as we enter a new growth phase.
You will report to the General Manager of Southern Europe and drive a metrics-driven approach across outbound strategies.
You will mentor reps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and forecast quotas while upholding a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
