Click&Boat, Europe’s leading boat rental marketplace, is seeking a VP Sales for its Barcelona team to define and own the human-led sales strategy from first contact to close.

You will manage 4 Sales Managers, 15 Sales Executives, and 25 seasonal staff, influencing revenue and expansion decisions across geographies and segments.

You will oversee a high-volume, B2C operation with a strong emphasis on analytics, collaboration with Tech and Marketing, and a hands-on leadership style.
