Dandy is seeking a Business Development Manager to hire, coach, and scale our BDR team for hypergrowth.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will navigate a fast-paced startup environment, driving rep development, quota attainment, and data-informed decisions.

This is a full-time role with travel expectations.
