Dandy is transforming the dental industry and building an OS for dental offices worldwide.

We seek a Business Development Manager to hire, manage, and scale our BDR team as we enter hypergrowth, reporting to the General Manager of Southern Europe.

You will drive a high-performance, mentor-driven culture, optimize outreach, forecast quotas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate market growth.
