Description

CONTRACT: Temporary Contract until 31 August 2027 Phoenix is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Behaviour Manager, to provide a highly visible presence in school.

Acting as a role model to students by proactively challenging and motivating them - and through establishing productive working relationships, the postholder will help ensure appropriate behaviour during free time, support student self-regulation and implement our behaviour and inclusion policies.
