Description
GENERAL PURPOSE: Under general supervision, operates various types grinding machines to remove parting lines, fins, snags, gates, risers, and other undesirable metal from castings in accordance with quality standards.
Ensures that documentation, tooling and parts are correctly matched to paperwork.
OBJECTIVE: To set up and operate various grinding machines to remove any metal necessary to meet visual and dimensional specifications on technique cards.
