Description Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will be responsible for the cleanliness of all bar lounges, service bars and equipment within the beverage operations and cleans that goes beyond the normal daily cleaning operations.
In charge of overnight stocking and deep cleaning beverage areas.
You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.
