The Revenue Specialist Coordinator ensures railroad crew trips and shifts are billed accurately and on time.
In this role, you review trip data, apply customer contract rules, identify non-billable items, and update PTI and customer systems.
You’ll work closely with Revenue Operations and Operations to resolve discrepancies, meet month-end deadlines, and support cross-trained teammates while following established billing policies and procedures.
