Job overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the countywide community continence service and provide continence promotion, education, and direct patient care for patients with continence problems.
This is a countywide service and staff work alongside other team members and other health care professionals.
It will include home visits, clinics and working from home.
