Our client, an established residential block management company, is looking for an experienced Block Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of 8 developments totalling 463 units across Wembley, Beckenham and Essex.
The portfolio is made up mainly of Right to Manage companies and Resident Management Companies, so the role calls for someone who is confident working directly with volunteer directors, running board meetings and AGMs, and guiding boards on their statutory and company obligations. …
