Are you an experienced ITSM Architect with deep BMC Helix expertise?

emagine has an opportunity for you to create the target ITSM architecture and platform strategy for a global enterprise, working with a global team.

Skills & Experience

• Expert-level BMC Helix and ITSM architecture, with a track record of assessing complex, legacy environments

• Strong CMDB design and population strategy experience (BMC Discovery vs. third-party tooling)

• Expert in systems integration, environment strategy (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD) and ITSM governance

• BMC licence analysis, including supporting renewal discussions

• Confirmed experience in ITSM automation, shift-left and AI use cases

• Strategic thinker who is hands-on, pragmatic and comfortable challenging customisation

• Fluent English is essential. French is a plus.

Tasks & Deliverables

• Assess the current ITSM and BMC Helix estate, including technical debt, process gaps and data quality

• Define a pragmatic, scalable target architecture and a prioritised roadmap

• Set the CMDB strategy, ownership and governance model

• Review integrations and set target integration principles

• Compare licence entitlements with actual usage and advise on optimisation

• Identify high-value automation and AI opportunities

• Support the transition away from an outgoing supplier by assessing what it handles today

• Hand over knowledge to an incoming internal architect and technical team
