Bridging Outreach Worker

As a Bridging Outreach Worker, you will support people experiencing homelessness or at risk of, who have substance use needs through assertive, trauma‑informed outreach.

The role focuses on improving engagement with treatment, reducing rough sleeping and homelessness linked to substance use, and supporting positive recovery outcomes.
