Building Maintenance Technician

Description Job Description: Under the direction of the Superintendent of Maintenance or designate, the Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for all scheduled preventative maintenance and minor repairs of building systems and equipment such as power-operated equipment, hydraulic systems, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.
