Building Services Manager

We’re searching for an incredible Building Services Manager !

This role is based full time within the developments, you will be responsible for ensuring the development consistently meets all maintenance and health & safety standards, and remains 100% compliant at all times whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage a maintenance and housekeeping team.

You will spend 4 days at Upperbanks in Rochdale, and 1 day at Anco&Co, Manchester city centre.
