Job Description As a Building Facilities Surveyor, you will act under and reports to the Assistant Group Manager and performs the following key tasks in support of the asset management function  Preparing building repair schedules and instructing and overseeing works on site.

Preparing, defending and negotiating dilapidation claims, preparing schedules of condition and building condition reports and providing general property advice.
