Business Analyst

The opportunity

We're hiring a Business Analyst for a long-term, near-site engagement supporting a major EU agency's ERP/ServiceNow business-process delivery in Warsaw, delivered through a specialist staffing partner under an EU framework contract. No Personal Security Clearance required.

The role

You'll work as a Business Analyst on ERP-scale business-process and ServiceNow-platform delivery: modelling processes, eliciting and tracking requirements, supporting design, testing and change management, and driving business-process improvement.

What you'll do

• Model and document value chains/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data

• Elicit and analyse business needs, requirements and user stories

• Support business experts and product owners during requirements definition and software development

• Maintain and track requirements/user stories through the systems lifecycle

• Translate business, user and technical needs into business requirements specifications

• Map business goals, benefits, priorities, components and system features

• Support preparation of business cases and feasibility studies, and contribute to systems design, testing, QA and change management

• Coach client staff through process changes and support transition roadmaps

• Identify and drive opportunities for business-process improvement

What you bring

• 5+ years of IT-relevant professional experience, including 3+ years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• At least 2 certifications among CCBA (or equivalent) and Certified UML Professional (foundation) / BPM2 fundamental (or equivalent)

• At least one valid ServiceNow certificate (Certified System Administrator, Citizen Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, or similar)

• Bachelor's-level education (ICT-relevant degree not mandatory) and English at C1

• Experience as BA on a large-scale ERP deployment (over 1 year, over €1M budget)

• Experience analysing business processes in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, Financial Management, Legal, HR, or Project Management

• Business (optionally system) analysis experience on the ServiceNow platform: ITSM (HAM, CMDB), SecOps, CSM, Enterprise Asset Management, Strategic Portfolio Management - on-prem and cloud

• Experience through at least one full software-solution lifecycle; strong grounding in BPMN and UML (capability/activity/state diagrams, logical data models); familiarity with Sparx EA, ARIS or similar

• Strong analytical and communication skills, solid documentation practice, and problem-solving ability

Logistics

• Location: Warsaw, Poland - near-site, no travel foreseen

• Engagement: framework contract, initial 12-month Specific Contract with up to 3 renewals (up to 48 months total)

• Start date: as early as 25 November 2026

• Clearance: not required

• Selection process: interview only (no written test)
