• Engage with stakeholders to understand business goals and gather requirements
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, and reports
• Prioritize user stories across projects and releases
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver solutions
• Support solution adoption among the Data and Analytics user community

Требования

• 5–7 Years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering
• Strong skills in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI for analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• 5+ Years of hands-on experience with dashboards or data preparation
• 3 Years of experience working in Agile teams using sprints
• Ability to travel to Washington DC and global Danaher sites, up to 10%

Условия

• Annual salary range: $150,000 - $170,000
• Eligible for bonus/incentive pay
