Business Analyst / Functional Tester / Knowledge Manager (Hybrid)

REQUIRES AN ACTIVE/EXISTING TS/SCI WITH CI POLYGRAPH - Hybrid, 30% weekly onsite presence required.

DAn Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Tester / Knowledge Manager to serve as a bridge between mission users, technical teams, and software-development personnel supporting a federal intelligence customer.

This role will gather and document requirements, translate operational needs into actionable software requirements, perform functional and user-acceptance testing, and support application documentation and knowledge-management activities.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate system and functional requirements.
• Develop process, system, security, test, and user documentation.
• Translate business and mission requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform manual and functional software testing.
• Query databases to validate test results.
• Manage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate functional-requirements working groups.
• Demonstrate application functionality to users and stakeholders.
• Develop automated test scripts where appropriate.
• Support development of mockups, wireframes, and process-flow diagrams.
• Maintain and update key application products and data as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Tester supporting Agile software-development projects.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements for government or Intelligence Community programs.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting the design of mockups, wireframes, and process-flow diagrams.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, and software-development processes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

• Agile certification.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community software programs.
• Experience with automated testing and test-script development.

Salary Range Disclaimer: The posted salary range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum compensation DAn Solutions expects to pay for this position. The position may be filled at different Labor Category (LCAT) levels depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and applicable contract requirements. Final compensation within the posted range will be determined based on the applicable LCAT and factors including education, relevant experience, certifications, and other required qualifications
