Looking For Business Analyst for our client

Location : San Fransisco, CA (ONSITE)
Key Responsibilities
Drive proof of concept (POCs) evaluation efforts while collaborating with Business Product Managers to rapidly evaluate new age content tools in the space of AI driven Text, Image and Video content generation, Podcast generation, Content Translations, AI powered Content Assembly and multi-Agent, data and tool orchestration solutions.
Capture use-cases, requirements, conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs to define current-state and future-state workflows.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows while owning the end-to-end management, documentation, and maintenance of the product backlog.
Translate internal Genentech needs into actionable product requirements for partners and vendors like Adobe, communicate to drive change.
Translate complex marketing Content creation workflows into technical requirements for Agentic AI based solutions, driving towards automated assembly and orchestration of content across the Adobe ecosystem
Analyze content creation, assembly, review, approval, and publishing workflows to identify optimization opportunities
Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning activities in Agile delivery environments
Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst
Proven experience in a Product Owner or Delivery Coordinator capacity witin a large-scale enterprise environment.
Strong experience in Content Supply Chain or Digital Content Management
Hands-on experience with Adobe Express or Content Assembly platforms
Strong understanding of Content Creation, Assembly, Composition, and Modular Content workflows
Experience with DAM, Metadata, Taxonomy, and Content Governance processes
Experience in Requirements Gathering, Functional Analysis, UAT, Documentation, and Training
Experience working in Agile delivery models
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of LLM orchestration and prompt engineering for headless system interactions.
