5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services. Strong hands-on experience in KYC / Client Onboarding / AML / CDD / EDD. Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT. Good understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
