Business Analyst – Technical & Customer Facing

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help shape what the team builds and why, as well as how it gets delivered. You'll work closely with the Product Owner to set a clear vision and roadmap for the team and its Data Products. You'll also make sure business priorities turn into well-defined, valuable work for the engineering teams. If you enjoy connecting strategy to delivery, and can move easily between big-picture planning and detailed requirements, this role is for you.

• Experience helping to define product vision, roadmaps or prioritisation frameworks, ideally for data products.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, including with senior audiences.
• Proven use of business analysis techniques to drive business change.
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience, including epics, user stories, JIRA and AirFocus.
• End-to-end experience with data products, from integration through to support.
• Familiarity with core data concepts such as ETL/ELT, data modelling, transformation and curation.
• Experience working in global, virtual teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in clinical trial data.
• Understanding of regulated environments (e.g. GxP, data privacy).
• Familiarity with product management practices such as OKRs, value-based prioritisation and product discovery.
