Business Process Consultant (near shore) 8 10 years of experience in business process consulting, business analysis and digital transformation, with strong experience delivering ServiceNow-based transformation programmes .
Hands-on functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM , including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and Service Catalogue processes; exposure to ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, CSM or HRSD is desirable.
