Business Sales Executives

Position: Business sales executives

Salary: €36,605 per year

Working Hours: 39 hours per week

Business: Large holding company operating franchised restaurants.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential franchisees, investors, and business partners.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital enquiries, events, and direct prospecting.
• Present franchise opportunities and explain the company’s business model, investment requirements, benefits, and commercial terms.
• Manage prospective clients throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to closing.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential franchisees.
• Understand clients’ financial capacity, business objectives, and suitability for available franchise opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Prepare sales proposals, franchise information packs, and related documentation.
