Functieomschrijving As a Business Support Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that operational systems function effectively and support the daily logistics processes. You act as the main point of contact for questions and issues related to the Warehouse Management System (WMS), helping Operations make optimal use of the available systems. You work closely with Operations, IT andother departments to identify areas for improvement and turn business requirements into workable system solutions. You also play an important role in introducing system changes, from coordinating and testing updates to supporting colleagues during implementation. Supporting end users with WMS related questions and system issues Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements to existing processes Translating operational requirements into functional requests for IT Coordinating, testing and monitoring system changes Training colleagues and supporting them when new functionalities are introduce; Contributing to projects focused on automation, process optimization and operational efficiency The position is carried out in a 2 shift operation.
