Butcher required in Finglas, Dublin 11.

Duties include:

• * Preparing, cutting, trimming, deboning and portioning meat.
• * Operating butchery equipment safely and efficiently.
• * Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety and quality control.
• * Preparing meat products according to customer and production requirements.
• * Following all health and safety procedures.
• Minimum gross annual remuneration: €36,605
