JOB SUMMARY: The Buyer purchases raw materials, repair and operations (MRO) items from supplier to achieve shipment, margin, quality and inventory goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Expedite parts and materials by: processing and obtaining information from Material Requisition Planning (MRP) messages, controls excess inventory, process shortages and open order vendor reports.
