CAD TECHNICIAN-PORTHMADOG-FREELANCE OUTSIDE IR35 Our client, a top main contractor in the UK are seeking the services of a CAD Technician for a major Civil Engineering scheme in North Wales which includes Tunnelling, headhouses and Civils works (Access Roads, Drainage and Utilities).
