To maintain the food availability and cleanliness of all cafeteria and surrounding areas.

- Provide the employees the Cafeteria Sign in sheets on the clipboard and ensure eeach employee either pays in cash, or signs LEGIBLY. Contractors must pay in cash in the cafetria lock box. The Cafeteria Attendant must enter the proper date on the sign in sheets. At the end of lunch, the sign in sheets
