Job Description The Care Companion role includes: Visiting regular clients, in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to support with a variety of needs including, but not limited to meal preparation, emotional wellbeing , social events and trips out in the community .

Communicating with families and nurses as part of the care team if required.
