JOB TITLE: Care Coordinator -Check Out REPORTS TO: Practice Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt JOB SUMMARY: The Care Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients as they check out and offering them friendly and prompt assistance while coordinating the patient’s care.
