Carers Wellbeing Group Co-Facilitator

We are seeking people with personal experience of caring for someone with mental health challenges to co-facilitate a new Carers Wellbeing Group in Southwark.

Delivered through ten-week cohorts comprising six weeks of psychoeducation and four weeks of peer support discussions, the group helps unpaid carers build knowledge, coping strategies, resilience and supportive networks while maintaining their own wellbeing.
