Description JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Case Manager- Level 1 Department: Veterans and Shelters FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Pay Grade: 8 Reports To: Program Manager GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES The purpose of this position is to support the Agency’s needs by providing responsibility for the coordination of supervision, intake, referral, and discharge of customers.
