About the Role
As a Case Manager in our reentry program, you’ll build supportive relationships with participants, help them navigate resources, and work alongside them as they set and pursue goals.
You’ll support program participation and help people take practical steps toward long-term, stable housing.
$22.71 per hour.
This full-time position is eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off (PTO), Holidays, and 401(k).
