Description: FSLA Status: Non-Exempt JOB TITLE: Case Manager PROGRAM AREA: Crisis to Housing Services (Rapid Re-Housing Program) JOB OBJECTIVE: Actively provide effective service delivery and supports that help young adults, ages 18-24, quickly transition from experiencing homelessness to stable, permanent housing and attain self-sufficiency.
