Mach's mit Stolz.** **Teilzeit, 20-30 Wochenstunden.** Als Category Planning & Development Specialist unterstützt du das Team bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Chocolate-, Bakery- oder Cream Cheese-Kategorie. Du hilfst Markt-, Abverkaufs- und Shopper-Daten zu analysieren und daraus segmentspezifische Wachstumspläne abzuleiten. **Dein Beitrag** Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben: + unterstützt du die Ausarbeitung der jährlichen Kategorie- und Kundenpläne aus Trade Marketing-Perspektive + wirkst du bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Kategorie-Dashboards und Performance-Trackings mit und hilfst sicherzustellen, dass Ziele über alle Kanäle und Kunden hinweg sichtbar und auf Kurs sind + identifizierst du mögliche Markttrends sowie Wachstumsmöglichkeiten mittels Kategorie-, Kunden- & Shopperanalysen aus verschiedenen Quellen (z. B. NIQ, YouGov, Kundendaten) + unterstützt du bei der Optimierung der Kategorie- bzw. Segmentstrategie (u. a. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 44500,-- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We're willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
