Central Intake Clerk

As a member of the team, the Central Intake Clerk applies knowledge of the Central Intake E-solution and other related booking guidelines to route the referring provider requests for medical procedures or exams to the appropriate destination within 27 hospital systems across the Ontario Health West Region.

May be required to work with multiple computer programs and to coordinate with the appropriate health care team members.
