Job Description Job Description Duties: Job Summary: The Certified Home Health/Hospice Aide (CHHA) is a paraprofessional member of the home care/hospice team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and performs and assists patient with various personal care services as necessary to meet the patients personal needs and to promote comfort.
