Description Our mission: 'To provide comfort and care through life's journey’ Position Summary The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual care to hospice patients/families in coordination with the interdisciplinary team (IDG) that is consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of HIA Hospice.
