Job Description:
- Assist the head and sous chef in a food service establishment
- Follow the directions of the Head Chef and sous chef
- Execute menus in collaboration with other colleagues
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at all times
- Haccp Knowledge
- Experience in Italian cuisine
