Expected from 01.10.2026 - Season (3-4 months) To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie – Gardemanger (f/m/d) who delivers top quality to the plate with passion, precision, and a flair for cold culinary artistry.
Section Ownership: You lead the gardemanger section independently, preparing exquisite cold starters, salads, creative carpaccios, tartares, terrines, and sophisticated canapés to the highest standard (16 GaultMillau points).
