Chef De Partie

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at The Pantry, Roscommon, working within a structured kitchen team and reporting to the Head Chef. This is a full-time, permanent position offering 39 hours per week, with a competitive salary of €36,605 per annum.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a comparable professional kitchen role

Recognised culinary qualification (professional cookery certificate or equivalent) preferred

knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
