A historic 5-star grand hotel in the centre of Zermatt, welcoming guests since the 19th century, is looking for a Chef de Partie Pâtisserie.

The hotel has 77 rooms and suites, a spa, banquet rooms for up to 200 guests and three restaurants: an alpine gourmet restaurant built around Valais produce, a relaxed brasserie with Matterhorn views, and a cheese and fondue stübli.
