A mountain restaurant in Gerlos, in the Zillertal Arena ski area of Tyrol, is looking for a Chef de Partie / production cook with experience in Tyrolean cuisine for the winter season.
The Role You will be responsible for mise en place and food production in a ski-area restaurant, working cleanly and in a structured way.
Daytime work in a young, international team.
