We are seeking passionate and skilled Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a fantastic

our location in Ballybunion, Co. Kerry,.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications
• · Ensure food is presented to the highest standards
• · Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene regulations
• · Assist in menu planning, stock control, and ordering where required
• · Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• · Adhere to all health & safety guidelines and kitchen procedures
• · Train and mentor junior kitchen staff (for senior positions)

Requirements:

• · Previous experience in a similar role (level dependent)
• · A passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
• · Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
• · Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
• · Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• · Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
