**Job Description – Indian Cuisine Kitchen Worker**

We are looking for a skilled and reliable **Kitchen Worker with experience in Indian cuisine** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Indian cooking, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes.

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and cooking.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene regulations.

- Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

- Work efficiently as part of a kitchen team during busy service periods.

- Assist with stock handling and proper storage of food ingredients.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience working in an Indian kitchen or with Indian cuisine.

- Good knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional dishes.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.

- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is an advantage.
