Chief of Staff to the CEO

Job Description The Chief of Staff is the CEO's leverage: you extend the CEO's reach across strategy, execution, and governance.

The role has a dual mandate.

Roughly two thirds is driving strategic projects, supporting business cases, and preparing decisions for the Executive Committee and the Board.

Roughly one third is governance: serving as Secretary to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors, and safeguarding the company's key governance documents and processes.
