Description
Lutheran Services Florida is seeking a Child Welfare Case Manager to support children and families involved with the child welfare system.
This role conducts home visits, assessments, and safety planning; coordinates services such as healthcare, counseling, and education; and advocates in court and with community partners.
The Case Manager maintains accurate documentation, develops family-centered case plans, and monitors progress toward reunification or permanency.
