Our client Sheffield City Council is looking for a Children's Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join their adoption service family finding team.

We are looking for an advanced social work practitioner to work in our adoption service family finding team based in Sheffield as part of One Adoption South Yorkshire.

We work closely with Sheffield City Council Children's Services to family find for children who have a plan of adoption and cannot return to live with their birth families.
