Role purpose: The Churn Mobile Product Manager defines, manages and improves strategy for mobile customer base both prepaid and postpaid, in order to reduce churn rate, increase activity rate and customer value.
He/She will work closely with the big data team with the goal to identify high risk churn customers and manage them with the right offer.
