Description
Ethos is seeking experienced city managers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across policy memos, interagency coordination reports, and grant narratives.
The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP, compensation at $70/hour, and a focus on public administration excellence and meticulous writing.
